I made an appointment with Jeff to look at my car, as the front-end was shaking and noisy. After looking at it, he called me and explained everything that needed to be repaired. Due to the age of my car (13 yrs.!), I have decided it is time for a newer one. Although I didn’t have any repairs done, I appreciated Jeff’s thoroughness and courtesy. In the future if I need repairs, I will definitely come to Dave’s!

I was so pleased with my recent visit to Dave’s! I located the shop online and contacted them for a weekend appointment since I was looking into buying a car over the weekend. Because of the recommendations I received from Dave’s, I was able to make a better decision and weigh my options more objectively. Very reasonable rates, efficient and professional service, wi-fi and coffee while you wait, and a shop that is clean and inviting. I’m not sure what more I could have asked for. The service was so great that I felt I had been part of the customer family for years rather than an hour or two. So, so impressed!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Dave’s Auto Care. My car malfunctioned last week and needed a tow –they even handled this part of it for me. They did an excellent job with the repair work and even showed me how to change fuses should this particular problem happen again. They also answered any questions that I had. In addition, I purchased 4 new snow tires which they quoted out several brands to me in advance , then ordered the ones that I preferred. They do the work in a timely manner and had a nice rental car for me to use while they worked on my car at no charge to me! I can’t even tell you how convenient that is , especially considering that i work a good distance away. I never worry when I take my car to Dave’s–I have been a loyal customer for the entire time that i have had my Lexus and they will be my mechanic’s for the next car as well. I have referred them to many people over the years and am happy to do. You won’t find a more skilled auto service facility with such personable and helpful staff!

I used to go to the big named chains such as Conrad’s or Firestone – Not any more. Granted, they fixed my problem, then again, then again, then again. Came to Dave’s and it was done right the first time. Since then, I have been bringing all my vehicles. You cannot go wrong with Dave’s.

I have taken my vehicles to Dave’s for over twenty years, and whether it’s something simple like an oil change, or a major repair, the quality of the work is always top notch. You are kept informed on the status of your vehicle, and cost estimates are always provided before work starts, and the price is fair. They don’t try to up sell me on unneeded work. I always recommend Dave’s to others, and will continue to use them for my service needs.
